Milad al-Nabi Celebrations aim at the promotion of the culture of love and fraternity, peace and harmony, justice and equality, restoration of human rights, and denouncement of terrorism. Also, they give the message of human dignity, forgiveness, and accommodation. Today’s violence-stricken, dark world can only be illuminated through the light of the Holy Prophet’s (blessing and peace be upon him) teachings which show us how much tolerant he was towards others. Having one day in particular means that a collective act of worship takes place, which is always superior.
Having these aims in view, Minhaj-ul-Qur’an International-Dallas Chapter celebrated the birth of the Holy Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) in a magnificent way at Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas on Saturday, the 4th of January, 2014. By the blessings of Almighty Allah and His beloved Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him), it was an opportunity to show our extreme gratitude and thankfulness to Almighty Allah and to rejoice in the Greatest Blessing and Mercy sent to the whole of mankind. Hundreds of believers attended the mega event with religious zeal and fervor. Their passion and commitment was matchless and the entire venue presented an indelible look.
